I tried the previous driver version I think that I just had higher expectations If you can’t get the Lynx going, try RME. I really don’t think anything is broken Poor install routine first manually update the driver then manually update the mixer app by right-clicking on an “inf” file? I hope you get this settled soon, but if you don’t I would also recommend trying an RME product. In most cases the E22 is an excellent substitute for the Lynx L

This option requires no OS understanding. Lynx and RME both have their strenght and weakness but as per performance they sindows the best. Sorry to hear about this Andy. I did save a “scene” as a defualt so I can always recall that if needed.
I did that and it seemed to get noticably better. It is designed for engineering windoas not novices. If one brand don’t agree with you try the other one.

In my experience, Lynx technical support via this forum is the absolute best. Jim Ylnx That’s not what I’m looking for and the Aurora line is too pricey to take a chance in my opinion K22 got a world-class guitar playing client in NY who’s using the Aurora converters.
I have ASIO plugin inside foobar, and that one continue works just fine. One of the things I need to get out front and admit right off is that I push my DAW beyond what most would consider acceptable Not sure what is going on. It IS annoying that the mixer settings reset themselves all the time, but if you save a “scene” it will appear in the file menu and with one click you can reload the settings.

Stay up to date. I search a little bit more, and for some cases problem with “unsupported” format was fixed by allow exclusive access in Windows audio device page. For those who pointed it out OK, I know this is the wrong place for this rant, but I feel better now.
