Problem with PnP devices. You will have to re-install any software and updates you installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for the netwrk. I don’t know where to start troubleshooting that problem. They may have been changed by an update or corrupted or become outdated and need replaement or upgrading. Do you know when this problem began?

If not, at least change the slot into which the card is inserted on the motherboard assuming it isn’t an external device attached by USB in which case try a different USB port.
